1. ORDER PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed once payment is successfully verified and vehicle fitment compatibility is confirmed:
- Standard In-Stock Items: Typically packaged and shipped within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and statutory holidays).
- Custom or Heavy/Oversized Items: Certain heavy-duty bumpers or specific bed rack configurations may require additional manufacturing or handling time. These items generally ship within 7–14 business days. Any specific lead times will be noted on the product page or communicated via email.
- High-Volume Periods: During holidays, promotional events, or peak seasons, processing times may be slightly extended. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you directly via email or phone.
2. SHIPPING RATES & ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES
Our primary market is the contiguous United States. Because automotive accessories vary greatly in size and weight, our shipping methods are divided into Standard Ground and Less-Than-Truckload (LTL) Freight.

💡 Please Note: Estimated delivery timeframes begin from the date the carrier scans the package, not the date the order was placed. Delivery times may fluctuate due to severe weather, natural disasters, traffic disruptions, or carrier delays.
3. SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS FOR LTL FREIGHT SHIPMENTS
Because heavy bumpers and large bed racks are shipped via freight on pallets, the following rules apply strictly to these deliveries:
- Delivery Appointment Required: The freight carrier will typically call you using the phone number provided at checkout to schedule a delivery window. Please ensure your phone number is correct and reachable. If the carrier cannot contact you, storage fees or secondary delivery fees may apply, which will be the responsibility of the buyer.
- Curbside Delivery: Standard freight delivery is “Curbside Only.” The driver is responsible for bringing the pallet to the back of the truck or curbside. You are responsible for moving the items from the curb to your garage, shop, or residence.
- Inspection Upon Receipt (Critical): Before signing the Proof of Delivery (POD) slip, you must thoroughly inspect the packaging and the product for any damage. If you notice severe punctures, dents, or damage to the product, take clear photos immediately, write “Damaged” on the carrier’s sign-off sheet, and contact our customer support team within 24 hours.
4. SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
- PO Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses: Due to the large size and heavy weight of our automotive products, we cannot ship to PO Boxes, APO, FPO, or DPO military addresses. A valid residential or commercial street address must be provided at checkout.
- Alaska, Hawaii, & US Territories: Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or Guam may incur additional shipping surcharges, and transit times will be longer. If an order is placed for an area we cannot service, our customer support team will reach out to discuss options or issue a full refund.
5. SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & TRACKING
Once your order leaves our warehouse, a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) will be automatically sent to your registered email address. The tracking information usually updates within 24 hours of pickup. You can track your package directly through the carrier’s official website.
6. CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES
Applicable state sales tax will be calculated and collected at checkout based on local regulations. For shipments within the contiguous United States, no customs or import duties apply. If you are an international customer (e.g., ordering from Canada), you are responsible for any customs clearance fees, import duties, or local taxes levied by your country upon arrival.
7. DAMAGES & LOST PACKAGES
First Auto Route LLC takes great care in ensuring products are packaged securely, and we will work diligently to assist you if issues arise:
- Damaged in Transit: If your item arrives damaged, keep all packaging materials and the damaged product, take high-resolution photos/videos, and contact us within 3 days of receipt at Support@firstauto.store.
- Lost Packages: If your tracking details state “delivered” but you cannot locate the package, please check around your property (porches, garages, bushes) and check with neighbors. If it remains missing, notify us within 48 hours of the marked delivery date so we can initiate a missing package investigation with the carrier.
